The city has a number of factories which manufactures textiles as a trade. In Kenyatta Street in Eldoret, the Dorino Lessos Creameries Cheese factory is located, and produces over 30 different types of cheese. Visitors are welcome to taste a variety of these delectable cheeses, and clean their palates with some delicious yoghurts and ice-creams, also produced at the factory.
