Almar Exclusive Game Ranch is located on a game farm in Bloemhof District in a malaria-free area, away from busy City Life, a perfect break-away where you can unwind and relax next to the pool while watching game drinking from the water hole or either going on a hike enjoying the peaceful surroundings and clean air. Nighttime is best for enjoying a braai or relaxing around a bushfire listening to the sound of a jackal calling.

Clean, spacious, staff friendly - excellent experience
Great location, very clean rooms with great attention to detail. The host is very accommodating and there to make you feel at home. Breakfast was very good. Overall a very good experience and I will defiantly visit them more often.
I had the most awesome stay at Almar,, excellent service, beautiful and clean environment, and the best staff treatment I have experienced in a long time. Thank you each and everyone at Almar, you made my stay their an unforgettable experience!!!
Ons wil net baie dankie sê aan Louann en Michelle. Ons almal het 'n wonderlike naweek gehad en dit sal 'n naweek wees wat altyd in ons almal se geheue sal bly. Dankie ook vir die reël van die ponierit wat die tweeling ongelooflik geniet het asook die lekker wildsrit - volgende keer bring ek my kamera saam, en wanneer ons weer 'n familiegeleentheid het in die omgewing - sal julle ons beslis weer sien.

Lovely home from home feel with very comfortable beds and more than ample room to enjoy the space even in inclement weather.
We were the only people staying for the evening but we felt right at home. It was a chilly day but this did not detract from our visit as our accommodation was lovely.
Michelle and Louhaan were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and beautifully presented.
The lodge caters from weddings and other special occasions and is beautifully laid out with its own chapel on the grounds.
We will definitely visit again when we are next in the area.
Lovely personal service. We arrived very late in the evening and were greeted warmly. Only problem we had was the 19km sand road to the property in the pouring rain. Otherwise it was really lovely - breakfast was stunning!
Had a great stay, very peaceful. Game view, nice food. Clean, and staff very welcoming.
We were welcomed by the owner at the gate and felt at home from when we got there. The service is excellent and food is also very well prepared. The rooms are clean and basic necessities are available.
