This bright open-plan kitchen, and lounge with its beautiful earth colors and appliances. This kitchen has a black working surface with a modern conventional microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and glasses of all sizes, pots pans, and dishes for the lovely salads, relaxing after a good meal is just what a holiday is, well just pack the dishes in the dishwasher.
The dining room has the most amazing picture of Cape Town station which is minutes away, there is a solid wood table with 6 brown rat tern chairs with soft seat pillows.
The beautiful 2 seaters brown leather couch is just calling to relax and watch TV , it has a 40cm flat screen with surround sound and has DSTV. The ladder staircase that leads upstairs to 2 luxury bedrooms which consist of 1st bedroom 2 single beds with lamps and pedestals in between ,all windows have easy movable blinds and carpets to keep the cold out. There is a cosy bath, with shower over bath between the 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a Queen bed with linen and a beautiful head-boards, pedestals and lamps.
There is a sliding door that leads to the balcony and overlooks the beautiful view of the pool and gym, the deck is wood with loungers and sun umbrellas lots of sun, barbecues are well known for holiday makers, yes there is a barbecue.
There is undercover parking where the wheelie bins are, and 24hr laundry on the floor.
It is near to parliament museum and the beautiful Cape Town gardens, Adderley street is well known for its amazing festive lights, flea markets food stalls with dummies, mealies, and lots of activity.
There are hop-on hop-off buses (Red Bus) that take you to Table mountain where the cable cars are and hiking trails, it is an experience, Every corner of Cape Town has some sort of transport, MyCiti bus, taxi, train station, there is the most amazing flower market which is open 24hr for that fast gift, shops, malls, food stall, 24hr medical center, and the V&A Waterfront with the awesome aquarium and African stalls to take home that souvenir all in walking distance. Why stay home and miss all this?
Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.
As well as a non-refundable R300 meet & greet for check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and weekends after 18:00 (6:00pm)
