A welcoming city apartment feels when entering the modern open planned city double bedroom apartment. Perfect for the city lovers with an eye to the strange beauty the city offers. Both bedrooms can be entered right from entering the apartment. For those that would like the less liveliness, the first bedroom that is situated on the right is the perfect choice. The bedroom is decorated in calming turquoise, grey and white colours. The main bedroom is the best for experiencing the uniqueness of the city and is decorated with an interesting selection of yellow, grey and white colours which also have access to the balcony. This bedroom is especially perfect to spy out on the city goers and lovers.
You can also access the balcony from the living room. Being out on the balcony you feel like you are right in the middle of all unique beauty but yet still in your own privacy and from prying eyes. Comfortable patio furniture to enjoy on those warm summer nights and breath taking sunrises Cape Town are so famous for. Beautiful views of surrounding buildings and is great for the hidden architect inside you.
The living room and kitchen is spaciously open planned which adds to that welcoming city feel. Comfortable spaces of seating for everyone in the living room to enjoy a good movie night together or to share a fabulous bottle of local wine. Those that prefer not to join into cooking there is a dining table to still be part of the conversation. The dining table is big enough for everyone to enjoy breakfast together. Kitchen is spaces enough for everyone that wants the chef to come out and experiment.
Bathroom is located left from the entrance with a comfortable shower.
Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.
As well as a non-refundable R300 meet & greet for check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and weekends after 18:00 (6:00pm)
