A beautiful beach house with its own private entrance to the ocean, in a quiet and private area. This modern self-catering home offers great views of the ocean. It is located on the seashore of Southbroom beach and only 1-kilometer from the world-class Southbroom Golf Club.
The house comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, two other rooms with double beds and the fifth bedroom contains 2 single beds.
On the ground floor level is an open-plan living area with a lounge and dining area. The lounge area is equipped with comfortable couches, a flat-screen TV with full DStv channels. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook up a storm. The kitchen is well equipped and includes an oven, stove, toaster, fridge, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The house has a spacious covered patio with outdoor furniture, a dining set, and a built-in braai, all leading out onto a well-maintained garden.
The house features a double garage, Weber braai, gas braai, electric gate and -fence, alarm system with 24-hour armed response and the property is totally fenced.
Southbroom boasts an excellent golf course, fishing, swimming, and lovely beach walks. Wonderful restaurants in close proximity, with quick access to shopping. Wild Coast Sun is a 15-minute drive where there are a casino and water park. Other activities include zip lining at Oribi Gorge, booking a boat for deep-sea fishing.
