Welcome to Mar Azul 5.
This property is 12 minutes walk from the beach. Set in Ponta Malongane, Mar Azul 5 offers a shared lounge, a garden and a barbecue. This beachfront property offers access to a patio and free private parking.
The holiday home is fitted with 5 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a dining area, and a bathroom.
Ponta do Ouro is 300 m from the holiday home, while Lopes is 800 m from the property.
Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.
Conditions
1. The general accepted payment terms are as follows: 50% deposit payable to secure a booking, of which 30% of the invoice total is non refundable.
2. Proof of payment MUST be emailed to the host. Failure to do so will result in the booking
being cancelled without prior notice within 48 hours.
3. This ProForma invoice is valid for 24hrs and the rate can change without prior notice.
4. The remainder 50% must be paid 30 days before arrival. Should the proof of payment
for the remaining 50% not be received via email 30 days before
arrival date the booking will be cancelled. December and early January bookings must be paid in full
by end of November.
5. Cancellations made 60 days before arrival date are not liable to pay the remainder 50%.
6. Cancellations made within 1 month before arrival date a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
7. Note: some establishments will require a refundable “breakage” deposit.
8. All Bank Charges (Cash Deposits, Credit cards and foreign payments) will be for the guests own account.
If GoBundu needs to do a foreign payment additional Bank Charges will reflect on your invoice above.
9. No bank charges are refundable.
10. If a credit card refund is required there is a R150 service fee charged.
11. The host does not accept responsibility of the accommodation or trips featured on the site.
If during the course of the holiday you have any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction you should contact
the establishment manager or activity supplier in order that remedial action may be taken.
12. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk
13. Should any person/s test positive for COVID-19 prior to arrival and not be able to travel,
no refund or postponement will be permitted

Wonderful
We spent a familiar weekend at Mar Azul 5 and it was fabulous. The house is very well equipped. We found it super clean and the staff Dudu and Alfredo (i think) are very supportive.
Unit 5 at Mar Azul is nicely situated with easy access to the beach. Comfortably furnished.
We had such a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, well taken care and they had everything one needs to call it a home. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Beautiful scenery, I can't get over that experience. Will rate it a 10 out of 10.

The whole relaxed vibe in Ponta Malongane.
Great place to visit, heading back in a couple of months. Bars/restaurants - 360, Ninho's, Drunken Clam, Sunset shack were our favourites and have great staff.
360 bar was really nice, as the name suggests the view was incredible. Further towards Ponta du Ora is die Malboerbar. This was probably the best bar we went to in terms of prices, food and the vibe.
We enjoyed nature, quietness, being without TV, playing board games, driving around in sandy roads to explore, watching the whales from our deck, visit the local little shops.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the locals.
