Balmoral Lodge is a Guest House situated in the heart of Bellville, which rests on the Tygerberg Hills, and has views spanning across the Cape Wine Region. The area is peaceful, quiet and safe, allowing the guests to relax and enjoy all that the Mother City has to offer.
We invite corporate, leisure and family travelers to use Balmoral Lodge as your base, while attending to business or exploring this unique area.
Balmoral Lodge has been elegantly furnished with contemporary pieces and each room is classically decorated. We have truly splendid accommodation, with friendly staff that will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is every bit as fabulous as you would expect from any luxury and professional Guest House. We offer Standard, Deluxe and Superior accommodation to suit everyone’s taste and pocket.
Balmoral Lodge consist out of six properties
with a total of 56 en-suite guest rooms, offering three different types, namely Standard, Deluxe and Superior Rooms.
Confirmations
A 50% deposit is needed to secure all reservations. Credit card details supported by a signed credit card authorization forms are also accepted
Payment
Your account should be settled on day of departure. Subject to management authorization, your account can be billed to your company, with payment due within 5 working days after departure.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee of the total cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 14 days prior to the arrival date. A 100% cancellation fee of the total cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival. This also applies to a "no show". No refunds will be given on early departures.
Arrival and Departure times
Check-in time is from 14h00. Arrangements can be made with management for any arrivals later than 21h00. Check-out time is 11h00.
Smoking Policy
In accordance with Government regulations, we follow a strict NO SMOKING policy in all our suites. We will provide an ashtray, should you wish to smoke in the designated smoking area on the patio.
Animals
No pets are allowed at Balmoral Lodges.
Parking
We have safe and enclosed parking for your vehicle. The property is accessible by means of a remote-controlled gate. You will be provided with your own key and remote control for access to the lodge, on check-in.

Reviews
We really enjoyed our stay there, though we had communication challenges in arranging transport from the bus station upon our arrival.
We really enjoyed the Lodge, the staff were very friendly etc. It was worth it, hope to stay there again.
