Onluy 15 minutes North of the New Durban King Shaka International Airport - 45 minutes north of Durban CBD & Soccer Stadium, 20 minutes North of Gateway Shopping Mall, on the main N2 route North to St Lucia Wetlands & Hluhluwe/Umfolozi Game Reserves.

Our delightful en-suite accommodation overlooks the beach and offers sweeping views of the sparkling blue Indian Ocean. You can enjoy a full English breakfast whilst keeping an eye out for the many dolphins to be found along our coast. You may even be lucky enough to spot a whale!

We had a lovely time. Sue is most accommodating. Stunning view. Comfy roof. Spoilt rotten with breakfast on the patio what a treat.
What a beautiful, relaxing place to stay. Sue is warm and welcoming. The breakfasts couldn't have been better. Attention to small details make the accommodation even more inviting. Definitely be seeing me again.
I love staying at the outside self-catering cottage at Sue's place. It is very comfy with plenty of space so I can even stretch out and get some work done (if I have to!). Sue is such a helpful person and is always trying to make your stay comfortable - rusks in the cupboard with rooibos, coffee etc, milk in the fridge, all the bits and pieces you need for an easy and comfortable stay over. Pretty garden with pool, bird sounds everywhere and the sea-view enticing you down to the beach. Perfect

We had a wonderful stay . Stunning view, delicious breakfast and everything was nice and clean. Sue and her husband went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and respected our privacy.
Had gone there for y honeymoon. Enjoyed being at the Hotel. The view was just WOW! Food was great and the environment was relaxing. Cleaners however were always delaying cleaning our room (3 days in a row) but apart from that, I will definitely go back there.

I feel I want to come back for more days , actually , we spoke about our stay today with my wife ,and felt we really had a wonderfull 2 night stay.
As for the breakfast we really enjoyed. I think you people deserve a five star rating.

Salt Rock has beautiful beaches and plenty of pet friendly beaches and pools! Lots of great restaurants where you can also bring your pooch, some will even offer them a menu too! Really a great location for a perfect family holiday!
