Barnacle Tree is a self-catering cottage on a private residential property. It has a separate entrance, private garden and secure off street parking for one vehicle. This cosy 30m2 home is fully equipped, consisting of an open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen with filter coffee machine, fridge, gas hob, Microwave, plus crockery and cutlery. The separate bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower and washing machine. All linen, towels and toiletries are provided.
The cottage is perfect for 2 adults or for visitors needing slightly longer stays. It was designed with the aim of providing affordable, organised and equipped accommodation for short-term students, business or holiday visitors. Unfortunately no pets are allowed as there are friendly dogs on the property and we do hope our guests are comfortable with our furry friends. While the cottage is intended for 2 people, there is the sleeper couch in the lounge, and while space is limited, we’ll do our best to accommodate a child or baby. As the cottage is all on one level, it’s suitable for all ages. Basics like tea, coffee and milk are provided upon arrival. Being fully equipped, all you need to do is bring yourselves. Smokers are very welcome to smoke in the garden, where a seating area is available.

Barnacle Tree you posted looked eye catching and when we arrived there ,looked
even better and even for the other extras,like coffe,tea ens.you put there to make us feel welcome.

How close it is to the wine farms, farmers markets, how close is to the ocean - really it is in the middle of all outstanding experiences that will give you an opportunity to create great memories.
