Welcome to Seaside Security Estate,
Offering space, security, and tranquility, this modern 3 bedroom beach-side home is situated in a 24hr manned security estate, right on the beach in Sunset Beach. Located in one of the world-famous kite-surfing locations, Sunset Beach Cape Town, the estate has a private access point to the beach.
All three bedrooms are upstairs, and the main is en-suite. The two guest bedrooms share one bathroom, and there is a guest loo with a basin downstairs. The magnificent double volume dining room area enhances the feeling of space. Frameless glass stacking doors open up to a vibrant red mosaic-tiled swimming pool
A separate large lounge opens up onto the swimming pool. There is a separate large TV room with comfortable Chesterfield couches and a surround-sound audio system. There is parking for 4 vehicles. The is a study that will be out of bounds for guests. Our home is sunny, bright, and light and the sound of the ocean is mesmerizing. Netflix and wifi is included.
The entire home is to rent for one family, for a minimum of 22 days, over the December-January period. Specifically starting from 15 December and ending 6 January.
