This is a unique space in a unique house. The private space is the whole upper level of our home and comprises stair and passage area which provides access to a full bathroom and two bedrooms with dormer windows. The main bedroom is large with three dormer windows. The main dormer is large and provides a stunning view of the Village below and Scarborough Beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is where one could sit in the two comfortable pedestal chairs and watch the ever changing moods of this little village and sun and moon sets. There are another two windows that give sea and mountain views.
There is a queen-sized double bed and single bed. In the corner is a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, stove, microwave and all the other expected appliances, cutlery and crockery. There is a medium size fridge and freezer. The large dresser could be used as a work space. The wifi connection is good and backed with a UPS so to continue during power outages. There is full DSTV and a large cupboard for clothes.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, dressing table and large cupboard space. The view through one dormer window is of the mountains at the back of Scarborough. The bathroom has a full bath, shower, toilet, wash basin and cupboard space.
Down the stairs and you will find a wind protected portion of deck with a table and chairs, and Weber braai. This is a great place to relax out doors and have meals. There is a common lounge area with a large fireplace on this lower level. Parking on the premises for one car is provided.
