VILLA 2107 is a cozy ground-floor self-catering villa located in the San Lameer Estate on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal and can accommodate up to 5 persons in two bedrooms with one bathroom.
The property features a dedicated JoJo tank, providing a reliable source of backup water supply. Also equipped with a portable 1800 W power station designed to mitigate the impact of load shedding. This versatile power source can effectively operate essential appliances, including television and Wi-Fi connectivity, among others but no high-load appliances.
BEDROOMS LAYOUT
The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed while the second bedroom is equipped with a tri-bunk (double at the bottom and single on top). The bathroom has a bath/shower combo.
UNIT LAYOUT
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The outside dining area contains a round 6-seater dining table and chairs with a braai area.
