Situated in Umdloti, a hugely popular holiday destination, in the heart of KwaZulu-Natal’s Dolphin Coast, this seaside unit is a hop skip and jump away from the local tidal pool, and a few minutes’ walk from a swimming beach and some rather impressive shops, bars and restaurants. All basic amenities like doctors, a pharmacy and Spar are nearby.

A key point to note is that Umdloti’s tidal pool is naturally protected by rocks so it’s not affected by strong currents and large waves. This makes it ideal for little kids, elderly people and novice swimmers to enjoy the ocean, and some fun in the sun.

Umdloti is a wonderful place that is not too crowded and the locals are super friendly and helpful. The beaches are clean and wonderful for long walks, and the views are magnificent. Be sure to explore the rock pools at low tide.
