Welcome to Blackbrook Farm Dean Cottage!
Blackbrook Farm offers quaint and cozy self-catering cottage accommodation just 8 km outside of Underberg on the Bushmans Nek Road. Ideal for those who need a refreshing getaway in the country, this 74-hectare farm offers relaxation and fly and bass fishing on-site. Furry family members are also welcome.
Accommodation is offered in cozy thatched stone-clad rondawel-style cottages that overlook the Southern Drakensberg. The rondawels are placed about 40 m from each other for privacy. Each rondawel has a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-plan lounge and dining area. There is a TV in each rondawel with DStv and panel heating for those colder winter nights. Gas heaters are provided. Each rondawel has a patio with outdoor seating and braai facilities as well as a grassed, fenced garden which is safe for children and pets to play.
The farm has a dam, stocked with trout and bass which can be caught on a catch-and-release basis. Enjoy walking, mountain biking, and relaxation for the whole family.

Mountain views and the breath of fresh air
It's far enough away from all the hubub to really feel like you're away from it all but also has a lot available to do if you so wish. The scenery is beautiful and the air is fresh!
Hiking, swimming, relaxing.
If you're in to adventure, then Underberg is the place to visit. There's no shortage of trails for running, hiking and mountain biking. It's close to the Drakensberg and Sani Pass.
Breath-taking beautiful! Well stocked convenience store (Elands Rest) and a few nice restaurants to have coffee. Just very cold, even in Nov.
