Welcome to Mabalingwe Game Reserve
The Mabalingwe Caravan Park is the ideal camping destination for any wildlife enthusiast, located in the malaria-free Mabalingwe Game Reserve, in the majestic Waterberg Mountains 28 km west of Bela Bela, and only a 2-hour drive from Johannesburg.
Find yourself surrounded by abundant bird life and the calls of the wild, as you light your campfire amidst the glow of the setting sun.
There are 70 paved or grassed camping stands, most shaded by the surrounding trees. All stands are equipped with standard electrical points. There are 3 ablution blocks and 2 family bathrooms. Refuse bins are provided all over the park and are cleaned out daily.
Visit our convenience shop and liquor store for all those “forgot-at-home” goodies or pop by our R&R Buffalo Bar for delicious pizzas and pub style meals after an adventurous day out with one of our guides.
There are fun outdoor activities for the whole family including a bicycle track, putt-putt, hot and cold swimming pool with slides, jungle gym, and volleyball court.

Really great caravan park, bathrooms really clean, just a bit pricy, was surprised they are so expensive. But facilities are clean and good.
Awesome camp sites. Ablutions clean and hot water was always available. Load sheds do affect water pressure. Great bar great food and helpful staff.
The stay were very good. Would like to ask to give a schedule on the load shedding so that you can arrange your lights eg in time. The water is also not clean for any use. Need to buy all the water for safety.

Very interesting resort
Mabalingwe as always is fantastic place for peace and quiet.
Animals hide around 12 but go on drive around 4 you will see plenty.
Restaurant was ok not the best with rude waiters.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The Nature Reserve has activities for young and old. The Oasis Pub is amazing.
Wide variety of activities, different options for accommodation.
Don't miss out on Kalahari Oasis
Game drives, roads could be maintained better
had limited time but the predator park was great
