VILLA 2520 is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom first floor studio located in the San Lameer Estate, Southbroom, KwaZulu-Natal.

UNIT LAYOUT
The villa entrance is located on the first floor and can accommodate 2 persons. The studio has an open-plan living area and kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. For your convenience, the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with selective DStv channels. Furthermore, there is 1 aircon in the apartment.

GENERAL
Guests need to pay San Lameer Reception R10 per armband, to gain access to the beach for the duration of your stay. This is done on check-in when collecting your keys.
TAKE NOTE
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped after a load-shedding restart and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we cannot guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply on the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
REMEMBER
This is a self-catering unit, and the unit is fitted with all basic cutlery items, but no food or replenishable stock. Please bring along your own beach towels.
