Exquisitely situated, this magnificently designed property overlooks the pristine Trafalgar Marine Reserve with a direct beach access. The front deck off the braai (barbecue) patio boasts spectacular views over the massive rim flow Jacuzzi and year round solar heated horizon edged pool. The four luxury bedrooms with king size beds dressed with percale cotton linen all offer direct ocean views. The fully equipped contemporary chef’s kitchen opens onto a huge covered braai (barbecue) patio with an 8 seater teak dining room table. The tropical modern decor and design extends throughout the home. The first floor with three bedrooms also has an expansive patio with both inland and ocean views The Villa is self catering with a once a week bed make up and cleaning service.
In Room Facilities:4 Bedrooms all with smart TV’s, king size beds, percale cotton bed linen and direct spectacular sea views. 2 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with large walk in showers. 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill styled bathroom with a bath and a large shower with a sea view.
