This luxurious upmarket seafront apartment is situated only 30 meters away from crashing waves against the rocky shores. Great holiday rental offering sea views, swimming pool, squash court , landscaped gardens, braai area's, spacious open balcony with gas braai, great for entertainment while sipping away on sundowners overlooking the ocean
This Apartment has an open plan living area with a balcony with a gasbraai. There is a 1 Bedroom with a Queen bed. One bathroom with a shower and toilet, basin.
A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 900 is due regardless of the length of stay at this home.
A breakages deposit of R 2000 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
Strictly no smoking inside the house (R1000 penalty will be charged). You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke.
This unit is equipped with an inverter for TV and lights
