Casa 16 is a brick and plaster home that will sleep up to eight. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom (bath and shower) and the other bedrooms have two single beds each and share the second separate bathroom with a shower and toilet.
It situated on XaiXai Eco Estate, a 12 hectare property is a private enclave on the beach with 300m of water frontage blessed with virgin coastal dune bush and trees.
Sea views from the deck are magnificent. Views of the ocean are 180° from almost every house. There is a lounge or family room, full kitchen and dining area, and carport for two cars. In the heat, turn on the aircon and laze in front of the TV (DSTV is available). Mobile and cellular reception is available.
Our resident housekeeper is available – by prior arrangement – to service the house. He will also offer help and advice on Eco Estate and to share his extensive local knowledge XaiXai more broadly.
In addition, there is a centrally situated communal pool and braai area which is great for teenagers and the more socially inclined.
The town of Xai-Xai is 12 kms away and offers most supplies, fresh produce, fuel, gas, etc. Most of the outlets offer credit card facilities and stocks a wide range of products for your shopping convenience.
Except in bad weather the property is accessible in a standard sedan vehicle.

Xai Xai is a rural town with its villages. Gives you a different view of life in Mozambique. We travelled at night and the small towns we passed on a Friday, people seemed to be having a good time. Trading was open to those who want to buy along the road.
