Crow’s Nest is a large penthouse apartment occupying a contemporary building offering self-catering accommodation for up to 10 on the water’s edge of Knysna’s exclusive Thesen Islands.
Elegant décor and contemporary, open-plan architecture lend a sublime and relaxing atmosphere to the first-floor apartment. The double-storey unit offers 5 en-suite bedrooms and a guest bathroom. Three of the rooms each contain a king-size bed, while the other 2 rooms are furnished with twin beds. The bathrooms are fitted with baths and showers or showers only and for convenience, bed linen and towels are provided and each room has a TV.

The ease of the place and the excellent restaurant Sirocco.
A bit disappointed that only 2 restaurants open on the island on a public holiday.
Beautiful place, as backpackers it was useful as it's also safe so was easy to repack the car safely and leave the car with our things inside also.
Clean beautiful interior. On the water. Canoeing from your own private jetty is awesome. Close to everything you need yet quiet and peaceful.
